Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders are subject to availability and may require additional time for processing during peak seasons or sales events. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Currency
All orders are charged in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
Shipping & Delivery
We offer the following shipping options:
- Local Delivery (Halifax HRM Only):
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders within the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM). - Rest of Canada:
Flat rate shipping of $9.99 for all orders within Canada, excluding the HRM. - United States:
Flat rate shipping of $19.99 for all orders shipped to the United States.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Typically, standard shipping within Canada takes 3-7 business days, and U.S. shipments can take 7-14 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on location and shipping carrier.
International Shipping:
We are currently working on expanding our shipping options internationally. Stay tuned for updates on when international shipping will be available.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible items.
Return Guidelines:
In-Store Returns: You can return eligible items to our boutique within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns on items from the Camilla and Lauren Gabrielson brands. This policy applies to in-store purchases only.

Mail Returns: You may return eligible items by mail within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. To initiate a return by mail, please contact us for instructions.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Jewellery
- Swimwear (For hygiene reasons, these items are non-returnable.)
- Clothing from the Camilla brand (applies to in-store purchases only)
- Clothing from the Lauren Gabrielson brand (applies to in-store purchases only)
Condition of Items:
All returns must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are damaged will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
