SHIPPING
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders are subject to availability and may require additional time for processing during peak seasons or sales events. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Currency
All orders are charged in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
Shipping & Delivery
We offer the following shipping options:
- Local Delivery (Halifax HRM Only):
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders within the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM). - Rest of Canada:
Flat rate shipping of $9.99 for all orders within Canada, excluding the HRM. - United States:
Flat rate shipping of $19.99 for all orders shipped to the United States.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Typically, standard shipping within Canada takes 3-7 business days, and U.S. shipments can take 7-14 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on location and shipping carrier.
International Shipping:
We are currently working on expanding our shipping options internationally. Stay tuned for updates on when international shipping will be available.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy only for online orders that are not local; which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return as long as you have purchased the item online and you are located outside of our geographical area.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@londonderrymarket.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1325 Lower Water Street, Unit 220, Halifax, NS B3J 0L1, Canada.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, we care deeply about Quality Assurance, so we inspect items prior to mailing it to you. We will require a photo and explanation of the issue, so we can contact the manufacturer of the product.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), jewellery, swimsuits or undergarments, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have by contacting us at shop@londonderrymarket.com. Once the return is accepted and we have ensured there is an adequate replacement, we will inform you of next steps to make an exchange or separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds without due reason, such as manufacturer's defect. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
